How do I cancel my account?

Please click here. Your account will be cancelled by entering the information required, and you will not see future billings.

 

What is my username and password?

Please click here. Enter in your email address used for membership, and your username and password will be instantly emailed to you.

 

My username and password do not work, but i am in good standing?

Please click here. Enter in your email used for membership, and your username and password will be emailed to you, your account may have been blocked because of abuse and a new password would have been assigned to you.

  

What site did I join?

Please click here. Enter in your credit card number used for membership, and your username and password will be displayed, along with the website that was joined.

 

How will I be billed?

Your account will be billed for the full 30 day membership fee. Please read our policy page for complete details. If you wish to cancel now, Please click here. Enter in the credit card number used for membership, and click cancel. Your account will be cancelled, and you will not see future billings.

 

I need to update my credit card number or expiration date for my membership, how do I do this?

You will need to contact our Customer Service Department, e-mail customerservice@perfectD.com OR dial 1-888-270-2776. Please be prepared to provide the username or credit card number associated with the membership.

 

What billing name will appear on my credit card statement for membership fees?

Your membership fees will appear on your credit card statement with the descriptor of: G Picasso Productions Inc.

 

I am having trouble canceling my account, what do I do?

If you have tried to use the automated page or do not have the information required to cancel, please contact our customer service department via e-mail: customerservice@perfectD.com.

 

My credit card was billed, what is this for?

We bill monthly membership fees for our websites. To find out which website you have access to, please click here. Enter in your credit card number used for membership, and your username and password will be displayed, along with the website that was joined. If you wish to cancel now, Please click here. Enter in the credit card number used for membership, and click cancel. Your account will be cancelled, and you will not see future billings.
